About Me
My name is Klaus, an Australia-trained massage therapist with four years of hands-on experience. I specialise in remedial massage to treat musculoskeletal and myofascial pain, using a range of techniques including dry needling, cupping, assisted stretching, and mobility work. My passion for holistic wellbeing has also led me to explore and incorporate other modalities such as Swedish relaxation, Chinese Tuina, Lomi Lomi and Kahuna, and Thai massage. I’m dedicated to helping each client feel better in their body, mind, and soul through personalised, effective care.

Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage targets musculoskeletal discomforts, including injuries, chronic tension, and referred pain. Utilizing deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and stretching, our registered therapists effectively relieve aches, stiffness, and headaches caused by muscular tension.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a targeted technique that uses fine needles to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility. It’s especially effective for treating trigger points and chronic tightness. This treatment helps accelerate recovery and restore natural movement.
Lomi Lomi
Lomi Lomi Massage is a traditional Hawaiian massage that uses long, flowing strokes to soothe the body and calm the mind. It promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of inner balance. This nurturing treatment helps reconnect the body and spirit.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage targets deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to release chronic tension and tightness. It uses slow, firm strokes and deep pressure to break down knots and adhesions. This technique is ideal for people with ongoing muscle pain, stiffness, or limited mobility. While it can be intense, the results are lasting relief and improved movement.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient therapeutic technique that uses suction cups to lift the skin and increase blood flow. It helps release muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and promote faster recovery. Cupping can also support detoxification and improve overall circulation. The treatment often leaves circular marks that fade within a few days.
Hot Stone
Hot stone massage uses smooth, heated stones to warm up tight muscles and melt away tension. The heat from the stones promotes deep relaxation and enhances blood circulation. It's especially effective for relieving stress, chronic pain, and muscle stiffness. The combination of warmth and gentle pressure creates a soothing, grounding experience.
